Christmas cookies is something a lot of us look forward around this time of the year, but can you eat all the cookies you want and not hate yourself? Not only is this a yummy recipe, it is also very easy (my favorite!)! It only requires 4 ingredients: Eggs, Honey, Sea Salt, and Coconut Flakes. So if you don’t cook often, you can try this one out and impress your guests by making this at your next Christmas party!
I don’t know about you, but for me, when I hear “thumbprint” cookies I think of a cookie with jam in the middle. I have never thought of trying a chocolate one until I saw this recipe! This thumbprint cookie is made up of coconut flour, cocoa powder, and a couple more ingredients.
This yummy cookie is packed with nutrition! It consists of coconut flakes, cranberries, walnuts and honey. I’m thinking about trying it with different types of nuts when I have time.
