Oven Baked Hard Boiled Eggs

Did you know that you don’t even have to even heat up a pot of water to make some hard boiled eggs?  It’s true!  Surprisingly, the easiest way that I’ve found to make hard boiled eggs… is to bake them!

Ingredients

  • Eggs
  • Ice
  • Water
  • Muffin Pan

Instructions

0. Preheat oven to 325°F.
1.  Place your eggs in the muffin pan.

2.  Bake for 30 minutes.
3.  Place eggs in a ice cold water for about 10 minutes

This is the best idea ever! I always manage to get boiling water everywhere over my stove top when i try hard boiling a large number of eggs.This is such a better way of doing it!
