After switching over to the a gluten free or paleo diet, a lot of people struggle with breakfast ideas, since they are ditching food choices such as cereal and toast. While some paleo eaters just eat whatever types of food (doesn’t have to be “breakfast” type of food), I still prefer to have breakfast-y kinds of food. So here’s a collection of my gluten free and paleo breakfast recipes!

Baked Eggs in Ham Cups

This Baked Eggs in Ham Cups recipe is easy to make, delicious, and super cool looking.  You can make it with bacon, turkey meat, or ham, and them go impress your friends with it!

2-Ingredient Pancakes

How can pancakes be gluten free and paleo? When it’s only made with 1 fruit and 2 eggs! That’s right, this pancakes recipe has to be the healthiest pancakes recipe there is!

Baked Eggs in Avocado

      It really doesn’t! You can try adding more things too if you want other than scallions! Such as some chopped up mushrooms or cheese if you are not eating paleo :)
