The Healthy Foodie’s Paleo Pumpkin Pie

This paleo pumpkin by by The Healthy Foodie looks absolutely delicious!  The crust is almond flour based and it’s made with pumpkin puree and topped with pecans and more!

DK Gets Fit’s Paleo Pumpkin-Maple Panna Cotta

This Thanksgiving dessert is a Panna Cotta recipe!  If you’re unfamiliar with panna cotta, they are basically “a cold Italian custard”.  This Pumpkin-Maple panna cotta by DK gets fit is a paleo one made with pumpkin puree, coconut milk, and maple syrup.

Oh Snap! Let’s Eat! Paleo Pumpkin Cake In A Cup

All right, shameless self-plug here, but this IS a pumpkin dessert recipe… which is totally great for Thanksgiving!  Basically, the recipe outlines how you can throw a bunch of ingredients in to a mug, stir it up, nuke it in the microwave for 2 minutes, and have a pumpkin cake in a mug!  And…if you like chocolate more than pumpkin… I got that covered too :)!

PaleOMG’s Thanksgiving Pumpkin Cheesecake

Are you tired of Pumpkin desserts yet?  How could you?! It’s fall, but it’s okay, this one is the last one in this round up that’s of pumpkin essence.  This Pumpkin Cheesecake by PaleOMG looks amazing!  The filling is based of roasted cashews and coconut milk, and the topping has pumpkin puree.

Elana’s Pantry’s Carrot Cake

This carrot cake recipe is perfect if you are looking for a dessert that’s not a pumpkin flavored one!  This carrot cake by Elana’s Pantry is almond flour based and uses grated carrots, raisins, walnuts, and more.  That topping? A coconut cream frosting!

The Paleo Effect’s Pecan Pie

A pecan pie is also a great alternative if you’re tired of pumpkin desserts.  This Paleo Pecan Pie by The Paleo Effect is maple-based and also includes a paleo crust that is coconut flour based.
