The Easiest Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

This is THE easiest way to make Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms.  Most recipes require you to cook the sausage beforehand, but what if you’re just feeling ridiculously lazy or you ain’t got no time for that! Also, these are Paleo, Keto, and Gluten Free if you eat a specific diet.

Why so lazy, Tina? Well, actually, because sometimes I just am – but also, sometimes you get invited to a pot luck the last minute and you’re like “Oh, crap… what can I do.” Yeah, I created this recipe just for that 🙂

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage
  • 1 lb mushrooms

Instructions

  1.  Preheat oven at 375°F.
  2.  Pop off the stems from the mushrooms.
  3.  Coat the shroom caps with olive oil
  4.  Scoop the sausage out and stuff it in the mushroom caps.
  5.  Pop it in the oven for 30 minutes or until sausage is cooked thoroughly.
