Loved your ideas and will try them. Have a question too. Am a software guys and I work at a 9-10 hour shift job. Would like to eat healthy and pack multiple lunch boxes, if necessary. How long will the recipes last in an air conditioned IT office. How to plan a lunch box, that isn't going to spoil, which you might eat say 9-10 hours after packing? This has been a sticking point in my health journey, awaiting your help.
