Ingredients

- ½ head of Cabbage, cored and sliced
- 2 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- ½ cup onion
- 1 tbsp of cooking oil/fat of choice
- Salt and Pepper, as desired
Instructions
Heat cooking oil or fat of choice in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Add the bacon, onion, and garlic in and cook about 10 minutes (onion will be translucent).
Add the cabbage, salt, and pepper. Sauté and reduce to a low simmer.

Cover and cook for about 20 minutes or until cabbage is cooked thoroughly.
