Easy Buttery Broiled Lobster Tails (Paleo, Gluten Free)

Ya’ll might all think I’m a carnivore that only eats meat.  I will admit – I freakin’ love a nice piece of medium rare rib eye or prime rib.  However, BOY do I love LOBSTER!  So I was super excited when for Thanksgiving, instead of the usual Turkey this year, I had some delicious Surf and Turf – Steak with Broiled Lobster Tails!

Paleo Bahn Mi Hot Dogs

Summer starts and ends with BBQs and outdoor parties. It unofficially officially begins on Memorial Day and ends on Labor Day. Shrimp lovers, here’s an easy peasy dish you can try out!  It’s not only easy, but also quite delicious!  It’s Shrimp and Celery Stir Fry!  This dish is actually a pretty common one that my mom makes at home.  The ginger, scallions and cooking wine really adds yummy flavor to this dish, and I love the crunchiness of the celery!

Just fire up the charcoal, gas or wood-fired grill and toss some veggies and your favorite combination of fresh seafood with oil, salt and pepper and viola!
