Easy Orange Chicken Stir-Fry

This Easy Orange Chicken Stir-Fry is easy and paleo-approved — and the one-pan preparation makes cleanup a breeze! I love how flavorful this is without being overwhelming; sometimes when I get orange chicken from a restaurant, I feel like I’m just eating solid orange juice and the flavor is too sweet for me. This preparation leaves you with a subtle, fragrant orange flavor and a small kick from the fresh garlic and ginger, making it great for all palates. One-Pan Roasted Chicken and Veggies (Paleo, Gluten Free, Low Carb, Whole30)

I got my inspiration for this recipe from a few different places. First and foremost, DreamyLeaf’s Teriyaki Glazed Tofu Steaks recipe — she posted a picture on Instagram and though I’ve never been a big tofu person, I almost started drooling just looking at it. I also had some inspiration from a meal I had at Canteen in Toronto, where I had my first taste of soba noodles. And, as usual, I just kind of threw my own random tastes and ideas in there, as well.

Paleo Chicken Carbonara Salad

So I recently discovered Chicken Carbonara… oh my. It’s heaven in my mouth, but weighs a little heavy on the guilty-pleasure scale. But I’ve always been a firm believer that just because food is healthy, it doesn’t have to be boring. So I found a way to create guilt-free Chicken Carbonara: in salad form, of course! I tried to take all of the fresher elements of the dish and replace the useless filler-calories with plant-based things, and I have to admit, I’m pretty pleased with it. This Chicken Carbonara Salad was definitely a flavorful, interesting salad to eat. And I
