At some point in time, someone came up with the concept of sushi and steak combination. Now, we’re not sure who, but Prime claims that they are “known as one of the first restaurants to be a sushi and steak house concept”. I’m not so sure about that one, but the several times I’ve been there, their food has not dissapoint!
Update – Sadly, Prime Sushi is now closed 🙁
Two delicious things I would recommend:
This one is a freebie, but it is addictively delicious. It’s their cheesy bread that comes with this butter that has several things mixed together so that it looks slightly green. When I asked the waiter what all was in it, he said he wasn’t exactly sure but it was something along the lines of “parsley, cilantro, garlic”.
The other is their sushi. Though, I’ve noticed that the fish’s freshness was a little bit ‘less fresh’ than the rest of the times I’ve been there. But all in all, I would recommend you get their Rainbow roll (which is one of my favorite sushi rolls) if you are in a sushi mood!
