My friends and I were chatting the other day about how we all had a specific drink we always drink when traveling on an airplane, and really no where else. For example, one of them always drinks Ginger Ale on the plane. For me, I almost always get Tomato Juice! I got to thinking... why only on the plane? Tomatoes are ridiculously good for you - packed with Vitamin A, Vitamin C, folic acid, and antioxidants. So today, I made my own! At home... with fresh tomatoes. Beat that, airplane tomato juice!

- Ice

I'd like to think I wouldn't just eat the tomatoes, but that's probably a lie... π
