I've been to Food Terminal more times than I can count, and it's one of those places where I'm always trying something new. If it's your first time (or you just don't know what to get), here are some solid picks:
Curry Laksa Noodle Soup with Chicken
The Curry Laksa features a rich, coconut-based curry broth with noodles and chicken. It's creamy, comforting, and packed with bold flavors with just the right amount of spice. If you enjoy flavorful noodle soups, this is an easy recommendation.
Curry Spare Ribs Noodle Soup (Curry Laksa Spare Ribs Noodle Soup)
Love the curry laksa broth but want something even heartier? The Curry Spare Ribs Noodle Soup uses the same rich coconut curry broth but swaps the chicken for tender pork spare ribs. The fall-off-the-bone ribs pair perfectly with the creamy, aromatic broth and make this an especially comforting bowl.
Nasi Lemak with Beef Rendang
One of the more traditional Malaysian-style dishes on the menu. The beef rendang is slow-cooked, tender, and packed with deep, aromatic spices, paired with coconut rice and classic sides.

Mix everything together before eating so every bite gets coated in the savory sauce. The combination of tender noodles, sweet BBQ pork, crunchy wontons, and fried shallots makes this one of the restaurant's most unique noodle dishes.
Garlic Bone Marrow Noodle Soup
Another signature item, this noodle soup features a rich, creamy pork broth flavored with roasted bone marrow and garlic. It's deeply savory and incredibly comforting - especially if you're in the mood for something rich and hearty.
Fried Okra
Chris really enjoyed the fried okra, which was crispy on the outside and tender inside. It wasn't personally my favorite dish of the meal, but it could be a good choice if you already like okra and want something crunchy to share.
