I love this stuff.  This is 牛肉麵.  It’s literal translation is Beef Noodles.  This stuff is delicious.  Even though I eat a mostly Paleo diet, if there is a yummy bowl of beef noodle soup sitting within the vicinity, I’ll most likely eat it.

It’s simple too.  All it is is Beef, Beef broth, noodles, and maybe some simple bok-choy, or something in there.

One of my favorite places in Taiwan to have Beef Noodle Soup is actually a restaurant called 三商巧福.  I actually had this meal in the food court of a mall in Taiwan.  I did notice that other than the Subway and one burger option in the food court, all the other options were a full on meal – not fast food.  The cost, however, can be cheaper than an unhealthy McDonald’s meal you find in the US.

I wish this stuff was in our food courts in the states!

Haha, sorry I made you hungry! Maybe go out and buy some good ramen if there’s no where with Beef Noodles around!
