You’ve probably heard it a gazillion times, eat more fruits and eat more vegetables! With veggies, I usually eat it as my side with my meaty entree, but with Fruits, I really suck at getting myself to eat them. I don’t know why! Maybe because fruit juices are just too sticky… how am I supposed to blog, Facebook, and Pinterest when I have sticky fingers! This is why I like smoothies! This one is super easy to make.
Prep Time:2 minutes
Cook Time:3 minutes
- ~1.5 cups of strawberries
- ~1.5 cups of coconut water
- Optionally, ice
1. Remove the pits of the strawberry. You can cut them up in to pieces, or not, I can’t tell you what to do!
3. Blend well, and enjoy!
