Holiday Paleo Diet Tips
Before we get in to the delicious recipes, I just wanted to provide some overall tips for how to keep it paleo for Christmas or any other holiday occasion.
Tip #1 – there is no need to be insanely strict. It’s one thing to want to be healthy and eat paleo, but really just one day where you eat green beans or maybe have a non-paleo christmas cookies really going to be okay.
Tip #2 – with tip #1 said, don’t over do it! If you’re always very strict, and never eat any gluten or any sugar, your body is going to be pretty unhappy with you when you suddenly introduce a bunch of junk to your body!
