This is THE easiest way to make Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms. Most recipes require you to cook the sausage beforehand, but what if you’re just feeling ridiculously lazy or you ain’t got no time for that! Also, these are Paleo, Keto, and Gluten Free if you eat a specific diet.
About the Ingredients…
Sausages – Make sure you pick out a good one! Not all sausages are made the same. If you really are at a loss, you can either learn more about paleo sausages here or make your own!
Mushrooms – Mushrooms contain B vitamins as well as an antioxidant called selenium, which helps to support the immune system and prevent damage to cells and tissues. Read more here.
Easy Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 1 lb sausage (or you can make your own, as mentioned above)
- 1 lb mushrooms
Instructions
Preheat oven at 375°F.
While the oven is heating up, go ahead and pop off the stems from the mushrooms.
Coat the mushroom caps with olive oil.
Scoop the sausage out and stuff it in the mushroom caps.
Pop it in the oven for 30 minutes or until sausage is cooked thoroughly. Everyone’s oven can vary.
