This paleo pan fried chicken thighs recipe is my go to when I don’t have a lot of time, and I’m starving my face off and want something delicious. It’s so I feel silly calling it a recipe! I definitely personally prefer the dark meat, as it’s a lot more tender and you don’t have to worry about it being too dry if you were to accidentally overcook it!
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil/fat of choice (butter is so yum!)
- 4 chicken thighs
- Salt, as desired
- Garlic powder
Instructions
In a skillet, add cooking fat/oil and cook on medium.
Add Chicken Thighs to the skillet.

Cook for about 10 minutes, covered. I cover it because it makes a ginormous mess otherwise.
Flip the Chicken Thighs over and sprinkle with Garlic Powder, Salt, and Pepper.
Cover and cook another 10 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.

Remove from heat and serve!
