Garlic Lemon Mahi Mahi

Garlic Lemon Mahi Mahi

My normal go to fish is Salmon, and sometimes Steelhead Trout. However, sometimes I get tired of both of those, and I make myself some delicious Mahi Mahi! I really like the meat on Mahi Mahi as it is more firm than some other fish, but still tender. If you’re thinking about trying out a Mahi Mahi recipe, this Garlic Lemon Mahi Mahi is easy and delicious!

About Mahi Mahi

If you’re a fan of seafood, and have never tried Mahi Mahi, you should definitely give it a try. Here’s a little about the fish. It is a dolphin-fish. OMG – does that mean you’re eating a dolphin? No. They’re actually not related to dolphins! In fact, dolphin-fish is a type of fish, and dolphins are actually mammals! [More info on Mahi Mahi here.]

Anyway, as mentioned, Mahi Mahi is more firm than some fishes, but still more tender than the fishes chefs normally consider very firm like swordfish. It’s taste is pretty mild, making it a really good fish to add flavoring to when cooking. Like Lemon and you guessed it… Garlic!
