Storage & Reheating
- Fridge: Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
- Reheat: Air fryer at 375°F for 3-4 minutes brings back the crispiness. Oven at 400°F for 8-10 minutes works too. Avoid microwaving - it makes them soggy.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to peel red potatoes?
Nope! The skin gets extra crispy in the air fryer and adds texture and nutrients.
Can I use other potatoes?
Yes - baby gold potatoes, Yukon golds, or russets work too. Just cut into similar-sized chunks for even cooking.
Can I cook these from frozen?
If using frozen diced potatoes, skip the oil and reduce spices (they may already be pre-seasoned). Cook at 400°F for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway.
What if I don't have an air fryer?
You can roast the potatoes at 425°F in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
