Air Fryer Cauliflower

Air Fryer Cauliflower is one of my favorite ways to make and eat cauliflower! It's easy and SO delicious! We often make it a side for steak or grilled chicken!

I should call out that this dish is not only tasty but also a healthy one!

Cauliflower is a very healthy vegetable. Just one serving has enough vitamin C to hit the daily recommendation. It’s also high in vitamin K, calcium, iron, potassium, and magnesium.

Air Fryer Cauliflower Recipe

First, gather your ingredients:

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut in to florets
  • 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.

In a large mixing bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.

Optionally, line your air fryer basket with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.

Place cauliflower in air fryer and air fry for about 15-20 minutes, remove it half way to mix well.

Remove from air fryer and serve!

Ingredients

Instructions
