If you haven’t figured out by now – I love super easy recipes. This is one of them. You basically combine all ingredients and pop it in the oven. Within the hour, you can be stuffing your face with this Oven Baked Paprika Basil Chicken Thighs!
Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- Sea Salt and Black Pepper
- Cooking oil of choice (Ex: Coconut Oil)
- 1 tsp Basil
- 2 tsp Paprila
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400.
In a large bowl, season the chicken with paprika, basil, garlic powder, oil (if using butter or coconut oil, melt first), salt and pepper. Spread the seasoning evenly on the chicken thighs.
Place the chicken on a baking dish, and make sure they do not touch (or at least overlap)
Bake for 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
Remove from heat and serve!

LOL, oops, left it out in the instructions. You mix it with the seasoning when you rub it all over the chicken :)
