Garlic Butter Mushrooms - One of my favorite veggie side dishes is mushrooms! This is one of the easiest way to make some delicious and super tasty mushrooms too - pop it in the oven and serve!

Type of Mushrooms to use
In this recipe, I am using plain white button mushrooms, but you could also cook some other types of mushrooms too (such as cremini/portobello mushrooms) too!
By the way - mushrooms are healthy for you! The actual nutritional information on the mushrooms will depend on the specific type of mushroom itself, but at a high level, they are packed with fiber, vitamins B and D, and minerals such as selenium, potassium, and copper!
How to make Garlic Butter Mushrooms in Oven?
First gather your ingredients:
- 8 oz white button mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon grass fed butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon minced garlic
- ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt, as desired

Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a bowl, melt the butter in the microwave, and mix melted butter with olive oil.
Add the sliced mushrooms in to a mixing bowl, and add the butter/oil mix, minced garlic, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well to combine.

Spread mushrooms on a baking sheet and then pop it in the oven for 35 minutes until cooked thoroughly.

Remove from oven and serve!
